COURSE DESCRIPTION

 

As the name suggests, this program is tailor-made for the up and coming leaders within your organisation. Often managers are promoted into this position of leadership due to their excellence in the operational delivery of their particular role. Unfortunately, they are often not provided with the additional training to know how to be a leader, how to manage people effectively and how to get great performance from their teams.
This program takes these future leaders through a journey of discovery and learning.


We use the participants’ current workplace challenges as excellent opportunities for them to practice their learning in real time.
