PRICE: $2,500 P/WORKSHOP
What's Included:
- Formulated HR plan
- Aligned organisational structure
4-hour workshop, designed to discover the strategic and operational people challenges and, with the expertise of The Epiphany Group, formulate a HR plan.
A strong alignment between the business strategy and the people strategy is key to organisational success.
The ideal outcome of the workshop is key team members will agree on the current status, gaps, priorities, and next steps. A HR plan is developed tailored specifically for your people objectives, listing priorities and suggested actions.

HR LITE
PRICE: $1000 P/MONTH (6 MONTHS MIN.)
What's Included:
- The TEP Portal - templates, process and policies
- 2 x HR projects (HR Foundations) every 6 months
HR Lite is our starter pack and will set you up with the basics for starting a great HR foundation. The Epiphany Group will set you up with templates and you do the rest. The lite package includes access to The Epiphany Groups HRportal, which includes HR templates, processes and policies for all stages of the employee lifecycle. This package also includes 2 different HR Foundations people projects every 6 months, these can include; recruitment process and policy, a training needs analysis or a performance appraisal process.
HR Lite is an ideal solution for the employer/business owner who is operationally HR focused but isn’t motivated by strategic HR programs, there main concern is compliance. You may have a have a HR Administrator who will use the templates and undertake basic hiring functions. Typically, ROI includes legislative compliance, reduced risk.

HR ESSENTIALS
PRICE: $2,500 P/MONTH (6 MONTHS MIN.)
What's Included:
- The TEP Portal - templates, process and policies
- HRIS access for the portal (storage of employee files and data)
-Bespoke policies and procedures
-Review of Employment Agreement
- 3 x HR projects, every 6 months
-Limited access to the HR Advisor for enquires
The HR Essentials Consultancy package includes aspects of the employee life cycle at both the foundational and strategic level. The Epiphany Group consultant will partner with you to deliver three HR projects every six months. Our consultant will support you with all aspects of compliance, as well as develop HR resources fit for purpose for your industry and workplace.
An overview of the different elements of the ESSENTIALS package include; HR Foundations, Employment Engagement Survey, Action Plans and a HR Strategy. An example of this package is:
The essentials package is ideal for an employer/business owner who wants to ensure they are complaint but also wants to ensure employees are engaged and sees value in implementing best practice HR policies and practices.

PRICE: $5,000 P/MONTH (12 MONTHS MIN.)

The HR PLATINUM Consultancy service package covers all elements of the employee life cycle. The focus of this package is to align your overall business strategy with a HR strategy. The Epiphany Group consultant will partner with you to develop the HR strategy, ensuring it is fit for purpose, to get the desired outcomes. We will develop a project plan for delivery, ensuring objectives are completed on time, with the desired impact and accountability is held.
An overview of the elements of the PLATINUM package include a HR Planning Workshop, HR Foundations, Employment Engagement Survey x 2, Action Plans and a HR Strategy. A full cycle of the elements works best, as per the below:
