This coaching-led program takes future leaders through a journey of discovery and learning. It covers the business fundamentals around finance, strategy and operations, plus soft skills such as performance management, ideation and goal setting.

Leaders will reflect on their team's current state before learning how to master the art of influence, employee engagement, and authentic communication.

We will also reveal techniques to maintain peace during turbulent times, address underperformance constructively, and build a high-performance culture.


This program covers how to:

  • Control the science behind influence and persuasion

  • Apply the formal GROW coaching technique

  • Plan operational activities based on individual strengths

  • Overcome resistance to change and adopt new habits
