This module will cover ways to understand what controls your time, tools and techniques to manage your time better and how to eliminate time wasters. This will give you a range of actions to take to better manage your time.
Module 2: Communication Skills
Gaining an understand of emotional intelligence, and then how to leverage that knowledge to allow you to influence and persuade people. You will also learn how to handle difficult conversations.
Module 3: Coaching People's Performance
Learn how to distinguish between managing and coaching, and develop an understanding of the value of coaching. This will cover how to run a coaching session and how to help improve peoples performance.
Module 4: Creating a Performance Culture
Explore team management techniques and the best ways to set up your teams for high performance. Gain an understanding of how to manage teams and drive motivation and productivity.
Module 5: Achieving Results
Creating a clear plan of how to connect operations and plans into achieving results. From clarifying short and long term goals, tracking and adjusting performance and how to manage differences between forecasts and actual results.
Module 6: Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Businesses and teams need to understand that standing still is actually going backwords. Implementing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement can help you succeed.
Module 7: Managing Risks, Health & Safety
Here you will learn how to understand risk in the workplace, the risk management process and options and how to make health and safety a smooth process in your business.
Module 8: Managing Change
Businesses are constantly evolving and changing to keep up with the demands and customer expectations. Understanding how to manage change and how to successful transition is a key skill for leaders to have.
