It’s common for managers to get promoted to leadership positions due to their excellence in operational delivery. However, many lack the knowledge required to extract the best performance from their team.

This coaching-led program takes future leaders through a journey of discovery and learning. It covers the business fundamentals around finance, strategy and operations, plus soft skills such as performance management, ideation and goal setting.

We believe people learn best by experiencing real situations, consequences and achievements. This practical program creates powerful opportunities for participants to set genuine goals, budgets and strategies for their business and measuring that progress.  

Leaders will reflect on the current state of their team, before learning how to master the art of influence, employee engagement and authentic communication.

We will also reveal techniques to maintain peace during turbulent times, address underperformance constructively, and build a culture of high performance.

 

This program covers how to:

  • Control the science behind influence and persuasion

  • Apply the formal GROW coaching technique

  • Plan operational activities based on individual strengths

  • Overcome resistance to change and adopt new habits
