Develop an understanding of business strategy, work through various tools and templates to build out a strategy plan for your business and how to turn that into a 90 day action plan.

Module 3: Structure for Growth

Structuring your business to enable growth is a key step. This will give you an understanding how to structure your business, how to go through the process and dealing with change management 

Module 5: Marketing

Understanding how to market your business is key to growth. This module will give you the marketing fundamentals and templates to build out a marketing plan and how to leverage different marketing channels.

Module 7: Finance

Covering financial reporting, P&Ls, cash flow and balance sheets. This module will give you the foundation in business finance so you can streamline the management

Module 2: Leadership

Learning how to lead a high performance business. This module will cover leadership mindsets, creating a leadership brand for yourself and developing self awareness of how you work to allow you to lead others more effectively

Module 4: Sales

Working through the psychology of selling, how to run an effective sales process and how to identify ideal target customers. This module will help you develop a sales strategy and pipeline to drive business growth.

Module 6: Operation & Delivery Essentials

Making sure your business is set up to run efficiently and everyone has the tools and processes to do their jobs is key. This module covers the fundamentals of process mapping and how to implement a plan to continuously improve.

Module 8: Safety Culture

Behavioural safety is vital to any construction business. Here we will cover an introduction to safety, how to develop a safety plan, best practice for risk assessments and how to manage compliance.

Module 9: People and Culture

Creating a winning culture in your business can help set up your people for success. This module covers everything from creating a winning culture, through performance management and action plans for culture
